## Challenge

### Busy peak periods

"Both the end of the month and the year are always particularly busy periods: establishing contact with new customers and setting up new accounts takes place often when we are already busy with other work. Copying clients’ information from sales systems to several different production systems takes time."

## Solution

### Starttirobotti

"Rajobit automated the setting up of new accounts in the spring of 2019. Now Starttirobotti sets up the new invoicing clients: it collects data and enters it in the relevant systems so that the client is ready to get to work with the invoicing."

## Results

### A chance to concentrate on work

"Starttirobotti has made it possible for us to concentrate on work during the more hectic periods of time. It saves a considerable amount of time for our unit and makes the quality of work better. Work is so much more interesting when it’s not just copying data from one form field to another. You can actually concentrate on providing customer service and helping people."
