Robotic Process Automation, RPA

A software robot is a software that copies what a human does on a computer. If you can devise instructions based on which someone can perform a task, we can program a robot – a flawlessly performing digital colleague – for the task. Using robots is easy and affordable and it does not require changes to existing software systems. See frequently asked questions and benefits below.

The benefits of software robotics

I can save the company time, money and stress.

I streamline all the processes I participate in.

I am easy to deploy. All I need is a computer.

Precision. There is no human error with me.

Endurance. I can work round the clock and I don't need HR.

Agility. You can make changes which take effect immediately. If you are in a hurry, feel free to duplicate me.

Frequently asked questions

01

What is software robotics or RPA?

Robotic Process automation (RPA) means software that is able to copy the work people perform using computers. It is applicable for routines performed following a set of rules and instructions. Software robotics is not artificial intelligence nor does it require any additional equipment or changes in systems and processes. RPA is one of the fastest growing technologies of the future.

02

What do I need to know about software robots before getting one?

Nothing. Get in touch and our experts will assess your needs and help you recognise the areas that could be made more efficient. Everything takes place as a is a turnkey project and you can always contact directly our developers for help.

03

What is the scope of software robotics?

A software robot can be used in anything that is done using a computer and following specific instructions. Any task where a person cannot add value to the work can be performed using a robot. This includes, for example, sales and purchase invoices, payroll and tax card matters, reporting, reconciliations, quality control, setting up and management of projects as well as a variety of client and employee data, product management and updates, handling of orders, searching for online information, generating reports and maintenance of registers – just to name a few.

04

How fast can a software robot work?

We have estimated that a robot takes half the time compared to a human as there is no need to think or have a break. A robot does not get tired.

05

How much does a software robot cost?

The pricing is specified according to use. The initial investment (the developing of a robot depending on the scale of the automation) is 2000 €, 3750 € or 5250 €. The monthly cost of the basic package is 339 €/month which includes 5 hours of robot work. Pricing thereafter is per minute: 0,46 €/min.

06

How quickly can I get a software robot?

After we have mutually agreed upon your needs, it will take 1 to 4 weeks to develop and test the software robot.

07

How does a software robot actually work in practice?

A software robot is a software that copies what a human does on a computer. It gets going (from a cloud or a client) at the exact time agreed, performs the tasks it has been given and reports these activities to the Rajobit service. This enables us to react should something unexpected occur. After the task has been completed, the robot gets ready to perform the next item on the agenda.

08

Is having a robot a potential data protection risk?

No, it is not. A robot is like an employee with a login to the programmes it uses. The communication channel connecting Rajobit and the client is protected by strong encryption.

If passwords are stored, they are encrypted (256-bit encryption). The software robotics data is also backed up. If you wish, we can provide a comprehensive list of certificates and evidence (such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 27017, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, etc.) regarding the digital service processes. This includes also compatibility of legislations (e.g. EU General data protection regulations).
