"We started developing an ordering form for our customers in the spring of 2020. This is where someone figured out that we could use robotics for the ordering system. We contacted Rajobit and things really started developing at a rapid pace. We began using the software robot in the autumn of 2020. It has gradually been given more tasks to perform."

"The task of receiving data by email and entering it in the system manually is now performed by a software robot. When we arrive at work in the morning, the orders are already in the system waiting for approval. The robot operates invisibly in the background supporting the ordering system. The implementation was easy, the robot is uncomplicated and has performed very well. In case of minor malfunctions, we have messaged Rajobit and they have fixed the situation immediately."

"The software allows us to have more time to spend with customer service. The work gets done quicker. I don’t have any previous experience with robotics at work, but now I find myself thinking about other tasks it could be given here. Using a software robot is a great solution for situations you cannot simply solve using your own systems."
