Sales Manager

Our goal is to help accounting firms, CFOs, Finance Directors and other financial administration professionals get rid of repetitive manual work, freeing up valuable time for more strategic tasks.

And guess what? We are a growth company. That’s where you come in. We are on the lookout for a new Sales Manager to join our Commercial team and be part of our exciting journey! We are a remote-first company, but believe in the value of spending time together in person. We typically meet 2–3 times a month in the Helsinki region. The time, place and day are always agreed together to make sure they work for everyone.

Job description

We want to remove manual tasks from the world and give our customers the tools to work smarter, not harder. You’ll be offering clients genuinely value-adding solutions that help them optimise their operations, improve quality and reduce the risks caused by manual work.

In your role, you’ll explore business development and automation opportunities especially within accounting firms. You’ll work with both opportunities generated through our digital channels and your own proactive prospecting, taking ownership of the sales process from the first conversation all the way to a signed deal.

You’ll be comfortable selling solutions where the value may not always be obvious to the customer at first. Your ability to ask the right questions, uncover needs and turn challenges around manual work, risk, quality and efficiency into a clear business case will be key to your success.

Experience in selling software or solutions within accounting industry will be a strong advantage. However, you don’t need to be an accountant yourself. What matters more is your curiosity and ability to understand how our customers work, recognise opportunities for automation and communicate the business value in a clear and compelling way. Existing networks within the accounting industry are naturally a plus.

You’ll also work closely with our marketing and product. We expect you to actively bring customer and market insights back to the team and contribute to how we develop our products, messaging and commercial approach. We are a small team, so your input really matters.

● An independent role where you schedule your own work. 2-3 times a month we will be on-site in the Greater Helsinki area. We don’t have set office days but decide together so it works for everyone.

What we expect from you

● Several years of experience in B2B sales within the accounting industry or financial admin
● A consultative approach to sales and the ability to understand the customer’s business before proposing a solution
● A strong new-business mindset: you are comfortable working with both digitally generated opportunities and proactive prospecting
● The ability to independently manage the entire sales process from the first conversation to closing the deal
● A systematic and process-oriented approach to sales and pipeline management
● Commercial curiosity and the ability to identify where automation can create measurable value for the customer
● A data-driven mindset – you use data and CRM actively to understand what works and where to focus your efforts
● The ability and willingness to work closely with marketing and product teams and bring customer insights back into the organisation
● Resilience, persistence and the ability to keep moving opportunities forward
● Fluent Finnish and English. Other languages are a plus, especially Nordic languages. 
● The ability to utilise our CRM system extensively and maintain high-quality sales data (we use HubSpot)
